This is Gabriel Rodes.

He is a portrait photographer from Sosua, Dominican Republic, traveling around the country documenting his clients’ most cherished life moments. He began his career in 2014 with a photographic style that’s been featured in magazines. Now in 2020, he creates Gabriel Rodes Portrait Studio with as a way to innovate and reinvent both the business and his creative approach to the art form.

His prestige in the industry attracts corporate clients that have included the Dominican Republic Jazz Festival, Sosua Ocean Village, Sea Horse Ranch, Main Politicians in Sosua and People from all the North Coast. The studio is sought after by brides globally for images that could easily grace the pages of a fashion magazine.

“I try to push the limits for my clients, and that says a lot about my studio and the overall experience our clients have with us,” says Gabriel. “Today’s bride and groom don’t want their parents’ pictures. They want images that are reflective of their personalities and that are unique to them.”

This are a few things that captivates my soul. Having a selected but wide range of great properties for sale at the best price with Properties Board, a Real Estate Agency Project that I am running since 2022. Also showcasing my photography work in houses and offices in amazing acrylic frames, canvas and large photo walls.


Now, in 2022, I am dedicating all my efforts to start my own wedding cinematography company, this, because of the lack of great cinematographers in Sosua and Cabarete. Me and my team are working hard on this, and we will be showing our demo reels soon.


Also, I will be introducing Boudoir Sessions as part of my services and my portfolio.
